It's not really that hard to do. Unbolt the headers, remove valve covers, intake, rockers and pushrods, any accessories bolted to the heads, then unbolt the heads. Replace head gaskets, put it all back together. I've done it in about 6 hours.

What are the symptoms that make you think you've got a bad head gasket?
