Agree with PT and Rodknock. As it is, buying one of these is merely the "entry fee". Where you go from there is something to be thought out carefully for several reasons including peace of mind, resale and most importantly, what you want after you have done the exhaustive homework. Personally, I would never go with a crate motor. Part of the journey is living with whoever is building your "perfect motor" and understanding what you have and that it is what you wanted. You also have that connection with the builder vs. standing in the return line at WalMart or Target when something goes wrong.
