It's won't, I already knew this, but it does allow the engine to vent/burn what was originally being blown out the K&N filters that were epoxied in to the valve covers. Far less usage in my first 322 miles, have used less than 1 quart of oil, so it helped a little bit, it also showed that it is only the passenger side that is blowing oil. In a few weeks when I have time to tear in to the motor with my engine guy, we'll get it all figured out, hopefully in time for the LVSAAC fall show in Hershey, PA
