The three chassis' that I have ever seen that really grabbed my attention and imagination are from Herb Adams VSE, JBL and Absolute Pace.
Of those, the AP is the only one made in Australia, the one with the most authentic body shape, the only one with local support and the only one that I believe you could get through the compliance and registration process.

There are many manufacturers in Australia whose cars I would happily own, but the AP product is the kind of thing that makes you stop and stare. It's a really impressive thing from all angles and for so many reasons.

In fact it's so good that it wouldn't be me left holding the soggy SAO. (Disclaimer; I'm a lowly state school attendee, so I never played that game)
