Pete: NAPA has saved my skin numerous times for hoses and electrical sending units. Their illustrated electronic and paper catalogs were second to none. Pictures help a lot.
Consider making the curved part as a hard line from pieces of aluminum Mandrel bends(burns Stainless) which are cut and welded, ultimately using two short lengths of straight hose about 4" long on each end.
