Lonnie,

To date no one I am aware of has been able to identify the donor vehicle for the dash bushing.

See AC Owners Club - Firewall bushing

At this point fabricating is the only means of replacement. Any decent machinist should be able to carve a block of Delrin into a long lasting bushing.
