You could say he is being very convenient with the truth, Since Ford Australia built a Falcon Cobra Coupe ~ 1976> complete with ol Shel's Cobra emblem/badge on the front guards & glovebox and one of the engine options was the 302c engine with those heads.... yes I know those heads were also fitted to every 302c sold in OZ from 1972 XA thru ~ 1984? on the XE, ...bit like my old boss in the wrecking yard, all the 289 engines he brought in from the USA came out of a mustang as far as he was concerned....didnt seem to be the same demand for Fairlane, Bronco, or other versions for some reason
