If no one responds before hand I have some info at home that I filed on an upgrade for in-board Jag brakes from a couple of years ago. From memory it included wider, vented rotors and I believe a different caliper. I don't recall if it was Wildwood components however.

I suspect ERAChas may some info on rear Jag brake upgrades.
