My troubleshooting process is this: - Remove air cleaner, look down carburetor, fully open throttle and see if fuel squirts. If so, the problem is not fuel. If not, carburetor is not getting fuel.
- Remove the distributor cap and watch rotor while the motor is turned over with the starter. If the rotor does not turn, the problem is with the cam/distributor shaft.
- If you are getting fuel and the distributor rotor is turning, the problem is likely lack of spark due to a problem with the iginition system/wiring.
