The two and three numeral plates are very expensive as they have the antique link - being issued for cars in the 20's and 30's.

I saw the same thing in Dubai, a Sultan bought all the early plates and was selling them for upwards of 1 million dollars U.S., that was when the economy was booming...  , they all sold, lol...
