The only things in the engine bay is the fasteners sticking through the firewall and the jumper coolant hoses from core to engine bay. I think you have forgotten the demister ducts and diffusers located on the forward cowl immediately behind the windshield cockpit side.
These parts were removed from CSX2108 when it went drag racing nearly 50 years ago.
Just in case you are wondering yes the diffuser is painted completely everywhere. The research project undertaken to help return a car to as close to day one appearance as they could resulted in my conclusion that the diffusers were painted off the car, the cowl of the car if not the whole car got color coat, the diffusers were installed, and the final color coat was applied leaving the round head screw heads thinly painted in body color. The respray left powdery over spray on the top inside surfaces of the diffusers.
