I looked over in the Westbound lanes, and on the shoulder of the road was a guy in shorts, jogging along with a 2 wheeled shopping cart, he had a large American Flag attached to the cart. This was about 3-4 miles east of Sparks, I thought to myself "What is he doing and where is he headed?" Weird.!!! 5 Days later on my way back I see the same guy jogging along out near Winnemucca NV. I 'm not sure of the distance but I think about 150 miles. I almost wanted to stop and ask questions.......
