You know, it's not so much having to drive on the "wrong" side of the road, but it's when you have to drive on the wrong side and you don't have your wheel over on the wrong side as well. I'm thinking of, say, the Virgin Islands, where almost all of the cars are from the states, and have the wheel over on the left, but you have to drive on the left as well. It's very hard to get used to. So hard, in fact, that I don't even try.
