Fritz was an OK guy too. I met up with him a couple times at the Annual Meadowdale Car Show event (Which is coming up soon BTW) He raced his Cobras back in the day and was still racing until his passing. He was involved in the big shunt at Elkhart Lake in 2005. He had a few Cobras in his garage as I recall. Mrs. Schiffmayer (Tina ?) came to Meadowdale last year with the same blue car.
Did you note the 2 small hood scoops and the unique dashboard layout? Had the original AM radio installed too. Was missing a sun shade and had some fiberglass damage in the area around the missing
oil cooler when I last saw the car. The auction houses recent photos had the car had it looking great. Tunnel-Port 427, Halibrands. All an all a nice car....
