You should consider Tom Lucas at FE Specialties in Citrus Heights(Sacto). He just built a 427 Windsor for my new Daytona Coupe that you can check out in my album. 611 hp.
Great guy, excellent work, 30+ years building performance engines. Well known among NorCal Cobra members. Has built motors for very high dollar builds..anything from mild 351's to fire breathing twin supercharged big blocks.
