Skuzzy,

Actually, it was at 24K, 791 KTS IAS. Lots of tailwind that day.

Have done 670 IAS at 100 ft at many airshows. .99 Mach. Plenty fast.

705 KTS IAS many times at <100ft over the ocean.

Pretty good for a "slow " fighter.
