Agree with the others on the overbore.

We have had several blocks come in from folks that purchased one of those ebay "standard bore 428s" that always are available from one or two sellers.

With very rare exception they always have cylinder walls so thin you can darn near see through them. I've measured some at .060. And I've had at least three rebuilds come in that were split cylinders after getting built.
