If you buy a car which is older then 30 years and you have the papers which tells that and the right numbers on drivetrain and chassis then you can be sure that you will get a registry. If you have a newer car with a 30 year old title you can have luck - but you will have no guarantee. If someone import a car for you and tell you that there is no problem - take care that you not pay the full amount before the registry and be sure that you have a contract on a paper!!
