Absolutely, you can have luck - but as i told before: you do not have a guarantee.
The worst case szenario is that you have to pay a lot of taxes for a newer car and will not have any chance for a registry without catalytic, noise level in the 75dB range.....
Can you imagine this bunch of troubles? And by the way...the worst case is more and more the common way.
