No dust on the rear is not unusual, even in a racing car. It also depends on the pads.
I have tracked my car several times. No need for a bias valve, especially for the street IMHO. BTW, a stock oem pad will dirty the front wheels quickly, completely and throughly after a weekend at the track. Save your money for something else.
