cobra 53 Rico As long as the lifters are pressurized to the NEEDLE bearings this is OK. I have run and do like the Isky EZ solid roller lifters. There are no bearings in the lifter body. These do need a good oiling system. These lifters are not cheap either. Lunati have a pressure system as does Comp cams. I think they get their lifters from the same company and etch their LOGO on them. Dove does this for rocker arms. Any lifter made from Johnson has worked for me. Isky and Jesel have keyed lifters. Bushings need to be installed for the keyways, big bucks. They also have bearings. Any solid lifter should give you a 10-15K milage range with correct valve spring pressure, lash and having the rocker sit centered on the valve stem for the complete opening and closing of it. A good
oil and a bottle of Lucas
oil suppliment would hurt either. Also check the gear on the distributor every 2,000 miles for wear. Rick L.
