Well, Morel makes the lifters for Howards, so I'd say those lifters are the exact same lifter.
However, I don't think they are pressure fed. You want a pressure fed pin oiling lifter and you're not going to get a quality lifter for $300-400. You need something like a Morel 5436 or a Crower HIPPO lifter.
