Yeah, but if you jack the back of the car up high enough, the front wheel comes off the ground too, and vice versa. Now if both tires on one side were flat, then you'd have a real problem -- whether you had a spare or not. Jack it up from the differential, I suppose.... I do carry two big cans of Fix o' Flat and a cheap little 12v air compressor (that has blown up more basketballs than it has tires).
