Greg, What I did on my NAF was ordered some originals, then tore them apart for the springs and catch. Measured how long the latch had to be to reach and cut one out that long, then cut some metal out the shape of the originals long enough for the new latch and bent them up. So I ended up with some supersized versions of the original latches. Just need to cut the shafts for the springs and pins.
