Default New Jersey Registration
I'm purchasing a Backdraft cobra from Washington State and It's titled as follows

Year 1965 Make KitV Model Style Series Body Roadster

The engine block code is D4AE-8015-AA8 6A17.

Can I register it as QQ plates?
If not what is the process do I need a full blown safety inspection?
Should I just try and register it as a plane 1965 car?
