LOL you know, my house is 460' from Route 66 in Rancho Cucamonga and we have a 1908 Richfield station about 1 block away.
Sadly it has been stripped of its glorious gas station history!
This is it in its heyday around 1929
Not long ago they named it a historic landmark and started raising money to restore and use it in some capacity.
I have dreams about a Cobra photo shoot in front of it when its done...
