I use Tire Rack and Discount Tire. If you get a good on-line price from one of them, take it to your local Discount Tire shop, and they'll match it.

I'm currently using a General Grabber. Not my favorite all around tire, but it's my favorite tire for <100$ (new truck take off). It's not as good as the Michelin; I find myself using 4wd much more often.
