Happy Christmas Stephen! I wish I could make it to BJ in January but there is just too much going on with the flood right now. If one of the opportunities turns out we might land in the Phoenix valley, so we'd be able to go to Scottsdale every year. Another chance is to retire to Vegas, and Phoenix is only 4 or 5 hours away!
