Not Ranked
Van, methinks the man (and one prior) is asking for the SERIAL number of your friends car, ie in their "what is the #" question. ?
Many 'running changes' have been made to SPF' s over time, and they would be better defined by serial number and not 'date of sale or engine install by Bondurant'. ie, an engine install to complete the roller to a turn key car could have been done in 98 to a car built in 96, 97 or 98.
As I recall, Sir Bondo did 35 or 50 of these before he stopped selling SPF's . I have two friends that bought two he did and they were pre 300 serial # cars of rollers built in 96/97. Good luck on the sale. Bill Wells.
