Every DMV in the state was sent a Memo detailing step by step how to handle the SB-100 process. It was VR-2002-25. They should all have this and refer to it if they aren't sure, but seemingly they don't as the DMV here claimed there was no such thing until Sacramento called them. Then suddenly it appeared. But our DMV is one of the most unfriendly in the state.
