Sounds like you are hitting either your drive shaft on your tunnel or your pumpkin is hitting the top of your frame. Squirt some silicone on top of your pumpkin (maybe a half inch tall-shaving cream will work too) and take a drive and see if you have any signs of silicone or shaving cream above your pumpkin. If so you may need to make some adjustments to your ride heigth.

Usually your body will be fastened behind your side pipes, in the rear trunk area and inside your engine bay. I doubt of that is your problem.
