Default Running a lower hose on a slanted radiator

I think my OEM radiator isn't cutting the mustard on my 289 HiPo. First, I have a ~23"x19" tall OEM that sits on a slant (you can view my online pics). What size should I get? I can't seem to find a Griffen or whatever with those dimentions with 1.25" cores. Secondly, how do you route the lower hose? Mine is currently "under" the front cross-member and less than 3: from the ground. I have a Mustang II front end.

Second, I think my pulley's are an issue as well? Perhaps my March Underdrive Pully is causing excessive heat? Any suggestions here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
