Default Alternator Connection ???'s

I have solved my 351W alternator bracket problem by cutting off 2" of the mounting end of a 302 bracket. Then by redrilling a new hole, I was able to mount it to a lower water pump bolt. The top of the alt, I mounted with a 6" bolt and a spacer into the top/front Head mounting hole. A 30" V belt aligned the alt perfectly in the center of the adjuster bracket.

Now my question... The Motorcarft Alternator I have is an older style, with 4 poles on the back. They are labeled:
STR
BAT
GND
FLO

obviously... BAT = Battery, GND = Ground
What is STR and FLO

Where & how do these connect?

Is there any thing else I need in-line between the Alt poles and their destination?

Is there a harness made for this?

I know this sounds like a bunch of dumb questions,... but the electrical stuff isn't my forte!

And as they say the only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask! Thanks for your help!
