It's not 'FLO' but FLD= Field. STA= Stator. In the 60's, which has the easiest wiring I think, the Stator wire on the Alr feeds back to the S post on the voltage regulator. The FLD post feeds to the F post on the voltage regulator. Yes, BAT is the hot lead to the battery and GND is ground.
