What does the 'statement of requirements' mean?
Down here we need to apply for permission to build an ICV. you then get an approval, with I imagine a list of requirements. You then have 2 years to meet those requirements.
If you do not complete the car in 2 years you go back for an extension and the requirements may change.
Is this what you are talking about there?
