I've removed the pipes several times with engine swaps. I'll be removing again to wrap my headers in the next week or so to reduce heat under the hood. You will need an extra hand to remove all the fasteners at the header and side pipe. A person with small hands and forearms area a plus with a plenty of extension options. I believe I used 1/4" ratchets and extensions to fit between the body opening and pipes. Also, the extra hand to place the side pipe through the body opening without beating your paint job. May even recommend putting tape around the body opening for extra protection. Good Luck!! Love em Loud!!
