You can't value a car without seeing the car.
It could be a deal or a dog -- have someone in the local Cobra club, who is familiar with Hurricanes, look it over and drive it. Chances are, they might even already know the car. For all you know the engine is three drives away from air mailing a rod through the side of the block....
