As was said above, it depends some on how you plan to use it. If you're just looking for a weekend cruiser, then it doesn't much matter about the suspension, brakes and other things that do matter at the track. If that's the case, I like the looks of the Midstates better (and I own an EM). But if you're going to get some track time and instructions in high performance driving, the dual roll bars will be a plus. And some EM's have better than average suspensions. It depends on the car.
