If that car is mechanically sound, for $33k it would probably be the steal of the month. Contemporary Classics were always one of the higher quality replicas. That looks like a nice one.

Auctions are intreging but I've attended just enough of them to believe they are not the road to a better deal. All it takes is one other guy who has an interest in the car you are bidding on and things can escalate out of reason quickly. And even if you prevail you still have the buyer fees to pay on top of the bid.
