If you have information on a car it should be volunteered to the registrar. It is not feasible or possible for one registrar to go looking and asking for information. Registrars first and most accurate records are factory and dealer records on paper. I have seen many updates and corrections to registries and they easily explain that as they are a work in process updated as information comes to light through the years. Your thread title and story are unrelated as far as I can see. If you have an issue with someone your story would seem far more valid if you had approached the person directly. I am less likely to believe anyone who thinks the internet is their voice and version of reality TV for entertainment of the peanut gallery. The unrelated title and story doesn't help either.
