I guess I don't understand what you will be able to do for those of us waiting for parts. I've got a full-width roll bar for my CR Cobra on order. What I really need is the darn roll bar ... but what would work right this red hot minute is to learn WHEN I will receive the roll bar.
In his last email to me, George said that he'd be shipping everything this week. Ok, give it a week to get to me and I should have everything next week. Fine, I'll delay the body work and paint a week, maybe a week and a half.
The thing is ... and this has happened repeatedly ... I'm wagering that the roll bar will not be here this week, next week, or even next month. The roll bar will arrive (sometime) and from what I understand I'm going to be VERY happy with the quality of the work.
But I'm a trusting idiot, I tend to believe that people, as a whole, are good. People don't LIKE to lie, right? Hey, poop happens, but you'd let everyone know that poop happened, right? I mean, heck, if you were going to be late on a delivery you'd let your customer know so that they could plan around the delay, right?
So, yes, please do what you can. Give me a delivery date for the roll bar and thanks!
