I have to agree. Mine is a very late Arntz probably partially assembled by Butler, but there are a lot of differences. The engine is way far forward. My original shifter was nowhere near that position. And agree on the tunnel. My e-brake set-up is a lot different also. My dash layout is a lot different. Not even close to that and if I put in a glove box, it would be about 2" deep. That is the distance from the front of the dash to the firewall in that area.

My bumper mounts are also different. They are a solid bar, not the 2 tubes as shown.

Mine has red seats, but they do not look like those. Also, the rear fenders around the rear wheel look a lot different than mine.

If I recall, you mentioned your gas tank had the fuel door behind the seats. I noticed this has it on the fender. As you mentioned to me a while back, mine had been moved, but my tank sits in the center of the trunk. If this was an early version, I would think it had it in the location where you have yours?

I guess I haven't really seen enough Arntz Cobras to peg it. I wonder if it has a MGB front suspension? I have only seen Butlers, and they do not look like that car either.

I do like the link you posted of the Arntz body. I wish I had the place to keep that.
