I was averaging 13.5 MPG and put the lighter springs in the distributor to let the full advance kick in sooner and the mileage went up to 15.6 MPG. I don't think the springs are the only reason the MPG went up because I had a significant road trip after I put the new springs in. I'm sure the mileage went up, but maybe not that much....
