10,000 miles is a decent amount on cars that ride like tractors (or ride like race cars). Is that street or track miles?
I know that you plan on driving the car a lot so mileage probably isn't the most important factor, but make sure you budget at least $5k to have the car gone over. All maintenance items from suspension parts, to brakes, to tires, to clutch, etc. etc. It might be all taken care of, but who knows. Also another $1500 for paint correction would be a good idea to have on hand. After that, do to the higher (relatively speaking with these cars) mileage, you might want to consider upping your annual maintenance budget for larger wear and tear items on the suspension and drive train.
