[DWRAT]

I had to install a new alternator because the old one was dead in car and on tester at parts shop.
Now I think I'm getting to much voltage.
With the rpms above 2000 or so I get 15 volts with nothing on.
I put 2 new voltage regs on so far with the same 15 volts.
If I run the fan and head lights I get 13 volts so that's what I have been doing.
I checked all connections and ran a ground from the volt reg and I still get 15 volts.

Is 15 volts a problem?
Checked with dash gauge and hand held volt meter.
