I have 12.6 volts with the car off. 15 volts with the car running. Drops to 14.5 volts when the radiator fan turns on. 100am - 1G (3 wire) alternator with external regulator.
Never had a battery or electrical problem, but I routinely keep it on a Battery Tender when not being driven.
