We definitely are answering all emails about any packages that were mis-shipped or whatever. That is top priority and please call also at 954 436-9101 and Dawn will get your name and number and email it to us. It is crucial to fix any orders that we have already worked on.

Also, on the other forum there was a couple of comments and this is the response I gave so if it applies to any of you here is my answer.

Hi Guys

First time here in a few days.

Louvers - you are right - we gave your money back or cancelled until they came when we will notify you. We don't want to hold the paypal money or charge for anything ahead of time. In all the years we have never ever charged for something that didn't go out the door. Paypal is new to us and its a pain!!

Sorry for the out of stock items. We have currently lots of stock on many things but did quickly run out of others. At 50% off I am losing money on many of these items.

I also have been working 12 hour days to do the best I can for all of you. To be honest, I did have offers to buy everything but I'm trying to help all of you as I slow down.

I can sell the entire batch of the parts that are coming to someone else (and have had offers) and you can pay retail or have a small inconvenience and wait.

I am always sorry when I get an email when someone is upset -- even if I get 75 thanks in the same day. I always pay for freight both ways on anything I mess up. Half the time if you call I tell you to keep it and refund you. Besides being sorry and trying to make it right I have to learn how to keep moving.

P.S. Happy to say we never ever had a bank note from when we opened in 1996. Enzo grew slowly with our own money and hard work and now as I am slowing down it is helpful to me and he would be happy for me and hopefully helpful to the Cobra community -- well most of you anyway.

So whoever thinks it is too good to be true -- don't order. Whoever will be happy with a deal go ahead. I practically had to turn everything off though because trying to answer all the questions while we catch up is pretty overwhelming. When we do I will turn it back on with correct counts and go from there. (Also for the orders we didn't get too yet - which are many if you wish to cancel just send in your order number and I can do that for you too!!

We have never taken a dollar from anyone that didn't get their monies worth and I sure won't start now. Anyone unhappy just send your entire order back for full refund.

Also, anyone that doesn't want to reorder the louvers and raydots when they come -- no problem there either.

Best to all of you guys. Back to work to make the rest of you happy if I can.
