Just wondering what people have used for starter motors on their 302/351 motors, mine died on sunday. i pulled it out and found it to be a Hi torque gear reduction starter, and the brush wires had melted, aswell as the windings.
I have tried 3 other starter motors and none fit between the cross member and the exhaust manifolds, so just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and if so what did they use.
