I was checking out GTRs a year ago when I was shopping for my new daily driver...which means 30k or so a year driving all over this great state on some of the most mucho muy goodo roads this side of wherever that Italian road was that Jezzer, Slow and Hampster found...33 from Maricopa to Ojai, my own particular favorite since I take it so often...the road from Napa up to the Hess Winery, Mt. Palomar through Warner Springs and Julian to Ortega Wells, 198 from Coalinga to the 101, etc. What an impeccable piece of kit. Just couldn't quite get past how likely it would be to break down south of Blythe hauling towards Glamis in 110 heat. Also has to be able to drive into strawberry fields and down vineyard roads (although the C6 actually did pretty damn good...I got to where I could replace the air dam in under an hour).
