Make your own door panels. I made mine with a piece of hardboard, some padding, grained black vinyl, contact cement, and attached to the door with silver appearance screws. They turned out great and probably cost all of $40 and took a couple of hours to make. They sure look better than the piece of vinyl the PO glued on. My next project is door latch straps.
